ACCESSIBILITY GUIDE

Land Rover Experience Scotland Accessibility Statement

Land Rover Experience Scotland is dedicated to ensuring that all guests are provided with comfortable facilities and are made to feel welcome. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment and ensuring that all our guests have an enjoyable and comfortable experience at our centre.

Arrival and Car Parking Facilities

The entrance to the car park at Land Rover Experience Scotland is from the A923 Dunkeld/Blairgowrie Road.

We have a spacious car park and there is a designated accessible parking place adjacent to the building

The car park surface is flat gravel.

The car park is illuminated at night.

The front reception entrance door is broad, allowing for easy access, but has a slight ridge for the door frame.

There is level access to the main reception area from the car park.

Main Entrance and Reception

The reception area is on the ground floor, which is level and has hard flooring.

There is a seating area adjacent to the reception desk with large leather sofas and low level coffee tables.

All corridors are well lit with hard flooring.

There are toilets and accessible toilets available adjacent to the reception area.

In the event of a fire staff can help with evacuation.

Blind, Visually Impaired & Low Vision

Due to the nature of our business (driving), blind, visually impaired or those with low vision cannot take part in the Experience as a driver, but are welcome to be passengers in the vehicle.

Deaf or Hearing Impaired

Being able to take instruction by sign language is difficult when you are driving, but if you have a level of hearing able to listen to your instructor who will be in the front passenger seat beside you, then we are able to take you out as a driver.

Assistance or Therapy dogs

We welcome assistance or therapy dogs in the reception area but we are sorry we cannot allow them into the vehicles.

If you require any further information relating to accessibility of our building, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or by email.
